Bovada Time Bank Issues?

I'm having a problem with my time bank at bovada. It doesn't work at all in the cash games for me?! It's been this way for a few months and no matter how many times I clear my cookies or delete my browser history It's just not working.. Works in tournaments though! Anyone else having this issue? If so how did you resolve it? Thanks!

Customer service said that it's probably my internet connection causing the issue but my time bank works in tournaments. I don't get it.

It's your old outdated version of the bovada card catcher. You need to update. The first versions the HUD from PT or HM blocked those buttons. Since then a work around was put in place.
