Cant redeem Sweeps Coins on Global Poker outside of US and Canada? Means no cash out?

I tried searching for this info but couldnt find a thread on it so I am starting one.

So I was going to take advantage of a free $20 gold coin package or some thing like that and sign up for Global and I see this box I have to tick saying:

"I understand that if I live outside of the United States or Canada or within Quebec, I cannot redeem my Sweeps Coins due to local laws."


So my question living in Panama is does it even pay for me to sign up? Can I win or redeem anything on this site or is it the equivalent of Zynga Poker for me where I cannot win anything?

I would not deposit if unable to withdraw unsure do not play there hopefully somebody who does can answer your question.

Global Poker sucks anyways. The.same.players that are endorsed by them seem to win alot of the biggest tournaments
