Do the Bodog $38 Sats. to $100k ever run?

I've won a bunch of tickets ($38.50) to a satellite on Bodog/Bovada that is scheduled to run each day at 15:40(ET) & was able to play it twice a couple mos. ago but now every single time I go & reg. for it it never plays???
They also hold a 6-man SNG Satellite I can use the ticket for but it never seems to run either (the other day, Saturday I saw it filling up for the first time in ages.. went to reg. for it & someone else got on there ahead of me. After that it remained at 1 entrant for ages (me)... sigh).
Two of my remaining tickets expire on Aug.14th and am beginning to wonder if I'll ever be able to use them. Has anyone experienced anything similiar before on that site? Do you think (I know 'speculating') there'd be any possibility that they'd let me exchange them for some other tourney or satty of near similiar value? (I still have 3 of them & seems like a huge waste)

Here's today's game. I was reg'd an hour or more in advance. Not a single player joined besides myself. Watched the clock tick down to 00:00 and then > 'Tournament Cancelled' Enrolled: 1
