I am from Greece and I am not sure if I understand what you are saying. But if you ask if pokerstars offers heads up sng, then the answer is yes but you have to move to higher buyin like 1,50$.

Ps I really would love to play heads up sng for less buyin

Yes Poker Stars do offer Heads Up SnG's, the cheapest are $1.50.
