I just closed out my Pokerstars account after 7yrs of play. The reason: poor customer service.
I play in the province of Ontario, Canada which limits the poker sites available. Any recommendations on which site I should try next?

True, the quality has dropped significantly! To think that Pokerstars customer service was precisely its biggest differentiator from other platforms. Well, the way is for you to try to see which one you adapt to best. GG Poker, for example, has a good rating, by the way, i think it is the platform that is growing the most and the service is also good.

is closing poker account some sort of slang that everyone uses for stopping playing?

Stop closing the accounts!!!!!!!! Just uninstall the software!

Sometimes it's tough to re-open the account and it's almost impossible to open new account for the next 36 months

I agree GGpoker is the best website today, they offer better tournaments, customer service is also better, agility and practicality in solving players' problems

I really like 888poker, I've never had any problems with customer service, withdrawals are super fast, no hassle, in just a few minutes.

I've been enjoying Party Poker ON but the tournament selection is limited and it's very hard to find a game at night time. I'll be giving GGpoker a try soon too.

I recommend you try ggpoker or 888, their support is usually faster and better targeted.

Look at ACR (Americas Cardroom). All other sites are too dependent on crazy politicians.

I wouldn't recommend 888Poker, because this platform requires some additional rights to function properly. If you use some kind of antivirus, you will notice this detail more clearly.

I guess you could try one of the unregulated sites. I actually find ACR Poker kind of decent, and both deposits and withdrawals are seamless and fast via Luxon Pay, assuming that this option is also available in Canada.

verifying your account there can be very challenging, but the site does have good tournament options and once I could finally validate my account (almost 3 weeks) the withdraws really started working very fast.

Party poker is the softest field. Gg is very very pressure focused no SnG s very dramatic party does have a lot of promos and variation

I deposit 90e using paysafecards but money never transfer. Connection problems says cashier when it returns there. Codes are fine and accepted and transaction on my paysafecard account are correct.

Money just disapear after deposit. Dont know what to say. I guess i just hope that payments team find whats went wrong, otherwise this is just crazy.
