Former PokerStars Sochi players: Have you moved to Poker Planets?

Poker stars Sochi has closed its existence. An email was sent to the players about the transfer of their accounts to Poker Planets. I have a question, is someone already playing there? I couldn't find a link to the support service, a link to download an application, just a description of all possible features. They (PS) promised to transfer all the funds and convert the tickets to a new room. The transition was supposed to be completed by April 26, but so far there have been no announcements.

I'm sure you've already tried, but have you reached out to PokerStars support? Is there something maybe in your PokerStars cashier to click on?

Here is what I found with a search:
PokerStars Sochi players' accounts and balances were automatically transferred to PokerPlanets after PokerStars exited the Russian market.
Here's how the transfer process worked:
1. Automatic Account Migration:

PokerStars Sochi retired its license and closed all accounts on April 6, 2025.
Accounts and balances were automatically migrated to PokerPlanets unless players explicitly opted out.

2. Accessing Your Account on PokerPlanets:

Download and install the PokerPlanets client.
Use your existing PokerStars Sochi login (username or email) and reset your password through the "forgot password" option.
Your account balance and history were transferred as part of the migration.

3. Important Notes:

The data and balance transfer process may have taken up to one month.
PokerPlanets is not affiliated with PokerStars.
PokerStars notified players when they could start using PokerPlanets.

if you had an account on pokerstars Sochi, then on Poker Planets to log in to your account you need to request password recovery... and everything will be fine, even the money will be in the account if it was there before)))
