Some hours ago an email from GGPoker arrived to my inbox.
It was simply a notification that starting from May 31st NSU Malta Limited will no longer offer its services for Finnish customers.

We have a chance to continue as customers if we allow ourselves to be transfered to a new domain.
The caveat is that this new domain operates under a license that is provided by Kahnawàke Gaming Commission.

If I'm not completely mistaken this will mean that after the change GGPoker winnings will no longer be tax free for us.

I'm guessing that other Europeans will receive similar emails soon enough.

Well, it's never a dull day with GG, I'll give them that.

Yesterday, 19 hours after the first email I received another one.

I can only imagine that the pushback from Finns must have been tremendous because now they said that NSU Malta Limited has cancelled its decision and things continue as they are.

I would like to be a fly on a wall in their offices

Sound like the first email was a bit premature or there was a misunderstanding. At least you can still play for now!
