GGpoker tournaments

Why they change schedule 1h earlier, i know we changed clock but i think worker still work same time. Only one shift get extra 1h when clock is changed, but starting time isn't changed.

but your work still start from 9 to 5, day is still same, they only need to make change only first day when was time changed, not 6 month every tour to start 1h earlier.

Not every country has the one hour setback/setforward, so one needs to be aware of this fact. It depend on which time zone you are living in. There is always like a +1 in bricks written next to a time zones name. If you compare two time zones, you need to keep in mind this +1 or -1 I think also exists.
