How to deposit large amounts?

I'm interested in testing myself with a 1/2NL roll for online, (4k) but all deposit options for PS/FTP are all capped at like ~$700.

Am i missing something, or are there more in depth steps i need to take with the cashier support teams or something to deposit larger sums of money in one go.

Or do i need to just gradually deposit the 4k over a month or so.

you are allowed to wire transfer up to 1 million dollars at a time. this information is given to you on pokerstars when you go to your cashier and click deposit. each method has its limits typed on the box.

Email support to increase your deposit limits

Ya I believe you should have no problem getting your limits increased for whatever method you are trying to use. I doubt you even have to have your account verified to do this, although getting money off it will be required.
