First post, but frustrated so figured it would be a good time. Yesterday, I played the $44 5k GTD mystery bounty on ignition. The tournament lobby seemed to be glitchy, the list of bounties never populated, and they didnt either on the button that you press on table to show bounties. It was blank (I have images of this on a stream that I was doing at the time). So anyways, 27 players make the money, I made it to this point. With 23 players remaining, I eliminated a player. I should have been paid a mystery bounty. I was not. I made it to the final table of this tournament and finished 6th (I also have video of this) for $200
So at this point, the bounty has still not been paid. I wait around and watch until the end of the tournament, bounty still hasnt hit my account. Also at this point, the lobby is not showing bouties or amounts, and neither is the on screen button to show the bounties. Also in dealer chat, where it usually shows the amount of a knockout, this is not popping up. So I start chatting with support. Support tries to tell me that I finished 7th (I have on video a 6th place finish) and that my bounty was included in the $200 cash (it was not, 6th place finish was worth $200, and this is the only money I received) and that I am not owed a bounty. I am incredibly frustrated, because top bounty was $750, along with some other nice value bounties, I may have hit it, and I'm never going to know or see the money.
I have a long list of screen shots of the conversation that I had with support, but it basically amounts to them telling me I am wrong, if anybody wants to see them I am happy to share. I do not think I am the only one who didnt get paid any bounties, I suspect the entire tournament was not paid bounties that they were owed. Like I said, no bounty prizes were showing in dealer chat after eliminations, and the bounties were never listed in the lobby, despite over $1800 from buy ins being placed in the mystery bounty pool.
Does anybody have any advice on how I (and possibly several others) can get the payout that I am owed (I dont know how much it is, only that I know and have video of me making an elimination in the bounty period)?
