Live Poker in Chicago Area

I wanna start playing some live poker but can't go to casinos (only 19) unless I get a fake or something. So I've been reading a little but about these charity games. There's Rockford charitbles and I think Chicago charitables, has anyone on these forums played in any of these? Also how do these games compare to online? The only live experience I have is some 1/2 in Canada in which I did pretty decent up 3 BI's.

Can't really offer much, except this.... Used to live in Chicago. I know Roland_cote (sp?) lives in the suburbs, and had attended at least one of these. Not sure what the venues are, but thinking possibly bar or somewhere you'd need an ID to join in, even if it were a restaurant/bar.

We hold games in Wicker Park (Northwest of Chicago) every Thursday and Saturday at 7:30 pm. We play 1/2 and 1/3 NL Hold'em. We have regular promotions!
