Opening PS acc after having 2 play money accs

Hello, so this is the situation, I have had 2 play money accs on Pokerstars before I was of legal age. Now I am 21 and want to open a real money account and honesly I have read some posts about pokerstars locking accounts for "multi accounting". But I have no idea if this situation falls into this catagory. I emailed them a few weeks back telling them the situation but got no response. If I do make an account will they eventualy find out? I geuss they can see by IP? Cause I don't want my funds to be disabled/get banned.


(Yes I know it was wrong of me to open an acc before legal age but I wanted to play, so no need for a lecture on that.)

I had similar years ago but stars had different owners back then. I converted one to real money and left the other for play money. When I tried to withdraw both accounts were locked and I had to speak to support who informed me it was because I had 2 accounts. Fortunately they allowed me to close my play money only account and unlocked my real account. I have heard things are stricter now and if I were you I wouldn't create a real money account until you've had confirmation off them what to do.

hi. i suggest you to wait untill the pokerstars support is answering you. do not open any other accounts in the meantime, its simply not worth it. i am pretty positive that they will let play you on their platform in the future. meanwhile try some other rooms, there are plenty greetings.
