Yes it is. Why should it cost something when nowhere it is mentioned that it costs something? Did u ever pay money to receive some kind of rakeback?
I dont know of any bonus programm for frequent users that has any extra costs. Not in my local supermarket, not in the cinema, not in my favourite burger Restaurant. Nowhere.
