I have 76 tickets, yet when I try to access them..

"Sorry.. no tickets"??

I've tried to access via mobile app and same problem, anyone else getting the same issue?



It would be nice to just have 1 day where there isn't a major problem with one of my poker clients:mad:

I have the same problem today.
It started yesterday when the same thing happened on Coral but Party was still OK then.

I know the ticket display can be "erratic" (down right buggy tbh - I've had all sorts including display of other people's tickets:eek:), but just plain broken today, been like it for a couple of hours now and I have tickets expiring I'm sure:mad:

They have to have the most bugs in their software… are they in the “inactive” section?

Every week for almost 2 years I had to go to their support to get my Thursday night sports freeroll ticket and my weekly deposits freeroll tickets.. they never fixed it and now don’t allow me to play in them. party poker an casino have really gone down hill

No, they are not there either, problem still ongoing :/

I’d message them.. when chatting with them use the specific terms of “good will gesture” haha I can’t tell you how many thousands of dollars in bonus they gave me for wasting my time.

They use to (they might still that I’m not allowed to play in) have a live casino tournament… the tournament was fraudulent.. I went to the gaming commission and party poker gave me $1000 😆 just keep blasting them.

I tend to use tickets as they approach expiry, but I can't today as I can't see what is what with them.

Yes, I am getting exactly the same problem, I guess they will sort it out, I never had any problems on the platform.

It's the same here, it shows that I have it, but when I log in, there are no tickets.

This isn't the first time.

In fact, from my own experience, they've had this problem from time to time for years.

It's usually resolved quickly, but I remember once having to wait more than a week for it to be fixed, and some people end up losing a ticket or two that were about to expire.

If you had any tickets that expired within that timeframe, they usually refund you when you contact support, but it depends on each case, of course.

Well, Party is fixed now, but Ladbrokes and Coral still have the problem.
