Please explain RAKEBACK on online sites?

Can someone explain the rake back on online sites like Party, ACR, GG, Stars, Ipoker ect

If I spend 10000 bucks in tourney entries, am I entitled to any rake back and how do I access this rakeback, it all seems quite hard to understand, is all the rake given out in those stupid pokerstars chests and other silly rewards on sites??

FWIW I hate the stars chest rewards, absolute joke, please bring back SNE!

Rakeback is like a loyalty reward, a percentage of the rake you have paid gets returned to you, I'm not sure of all sites but on WPN network (ACR, BCP) it's 27%, contact the sites you play at by email and ask what is needed to get rakeback.
