Poker Ban in India: I need help

Hey friends,

After the ban in India on cash games, many casino sites were stopped. So, many of us moved to WPT Global. I was only playing freerolls there to grow my bankroll, and it was going well (I did not put any money because of the new rules). But now, I got a message from WPT saying they will stop their service in India from 30th September.

As someone who loves poker, I feel lost and confused. I really don’t know where to go now for poker. If you have any advice, I would be so grateful. Are there any other platforms that offer their services in India?

I think CoinPoker, BetOnline/SportsBetting, Stake, and ACR accept players from India.

Or you could google "online poker sites by traffic" (not sure if I can say the name of the site), and just go through them and ask if they accept players from India.

Live chat is probably the easiest way to ask them, you also should ask them how you can deposit and withdrawal.

I think you should switch to another poker App like GG, N8 . They accept Indian players and they also have a lot of freerolls for those who want to build from zero

Thanks for that TeUnit. I already account with ACR Poker but the problem is, they don’t have an app in the appstore for me to play. Looks like, I must switch to android or PC.

Try crypto poker site without verify.

Bro I am from INDIA , I am still playing in WPT and also Play in ACR.... Most of the other site Which I used to play e.g Williamhill poker, Betfair, 888 poker, GG poker, N8, Pokerstars global all are banned from the respective company for INDIAN players.

I had received an official mail from WPT stating that Indian players can’t play anymore - it’s the same with my fellow grinders. Can you re-check and let me know how you are able to play WPT? They don’t support VPN either, I reckon. It is would be useful to know.

Coinpoker will be in chocolate because you won't have to worry about Indian banks blocking your transactions.
