i made my first deposit at poker stars with the promotion THIRTY but i dont resive my bonus, i allready submit a ticket to poker stars paiment department but i didnt get a replay,Wath should i do?

Hello.
You need to submit a request to the support team. Maybe they will ask you to send them your documents that can confirm your identity. I did not have problems with the bonus for my first deposit.

the support is excellent, an email and everything is solved. Remember the bonus you receive per day and not everything on the first day. check the tickets you can have there spin go

I get my bonus,i just didnt know it was on tikets,thanks for the replay
