Pokerstar players, do you see this option in your cashier?

Pokerstars have a page where they show "Transfer to Player" option.

do you have this option?
asking cause that option isn't there for me.

Have you tried going to tools / transfers & trades / transfer to another player?

This is where you have to go:

Go to tools and click on Transfers and Trades.

Here are the screenshots and gl at the tables

Have you tried going to tools / transfers & trades / transfer to another player?

there isn't such an option under my Tools menu. there is Play Money, where the transfer option should be.

Better to go to the cashier right away, because through transfers he throws you to the cashier.

If you don't have such an option there then maybe you are not allowed to play real money games from your country

Player-to-player transfer is unavailable for me aswell but i can still play real money games so think again.

Due to your country you are not able to make player to player transfers.

There is an active member on the forum from Bulgaria and he can't make p2p transfers as well that's how I know.

all players have this feature. just there are people who pokerstars blocked transfers between players for security reasons "because of suspicious transfers"

For example, if you were transferred from multi-accounts, then pokerstars has the right to disable transfers.

you can not see this option if you do not have money in your account

These are all possible reasons but the only way to find out for sure in your particular circumstances is to ask customer service at Stars.

I saw a guy in the group he was throwing a letter from the mail
Pokerstars wrote him "You can continue the game but transfers between players you will be blocked forever"

Yeah sure. Your previous post in this thread is 100% accurate right - specially the second part of it - i have never done any p2p transfer in PS but according to you i cant do them cause i must have violated some bs regulation

If you are sure did not break the rules, why don’t you go to the pokerstars application on the PC and continue to online support?
Ask them why translation is not available to you ?! They will answer you online within 1 minute.

It will be much more efficient than sitting here guessing. And further, if you do not mind, write to us, why did they ban them to you?:questionm

Yes, this depends on your country, as I remember this option is not available in Greece.
