Pokerstars account frozen after deposit

Hi,

After a deposit of € 200, my account is frozen. I have sent an email to poker stars several times but never received a response back. Now I want my money back but I cannot log in. Is there anyone who can help me with this problem.

I don't know if this is your case but sometimes freeze for having two accounts using the same ip

I think this is the usual account verification. If you have not violated PokerStars rules, your account will be defrosted. My account was also verified and it lasted about one month. All this time, my account was frozen.

Good to know that sometimes happening this. I was a PKR poker player and nowadays I started to play poker again and I made an account at pokerstars in this year. Thanks for this post.
