I guess it is something related with my laptop, but interesting to know if someone else is facing trouble when opening Home Games section on Pokerstars?

From time to time, it freezing out in this mode (not opening):

Acceptance of cookies was required for me (I had the same screen); After waiting a few seconds (there is the same screen again) and the menu is displayed...

You could contact support... If the problem persists :unsure:

I am having the very same issue sometimes. When it freezes, I need to restart the application in order to try again.

I'm getting error 101 and support hasn't been able to help yet, so I can't participate in forum games

Sometimes the problem happens, in such cases, if I exit the software and then re-enter, the problem is usually solved.

Yes quite often actually, an easy fix is to exit the client and reopen it again.
FYI if you have already registered for the game you want to access you can just go to your "Registered in Tournaments" and open the game lobby from there.

I sometimes have the same issue and I think it's since the last PS update.

You can register on your mobile phone and play on PC/laptop, actually. Or play via your mobile, as Home games are available there.

Yes, sorry guys. This info that I posted yesterday is not accurate anymore 😭

Just a few days ago I was able to register via mobile phone and later play on laptop, but today the App forced me to update and after that Home games are unavailable on mobile too 😔😔

for me, it starts working if i wait a few minutes, but my laptop is old, so it takes a while to get going.

(Note: I deleted only the second folder (PokerStarsBrCache), since I didn't find the first one - there isn't one (at least for me)...

Yes i have had this problem but after i selected allow necessary cookies only have not had it again.

The only thing that helped me was logging into the mobile app via mobile internet, not Wi-Fi . Then HG do load, but not every time. But I managed to register for the upcoming games.

....yeah it freezes like that everytime, just sits there and won't load... tired of having to try every trick in the book to fix ps issues and nothing works, can't play replay on the weekeds cuz the games are all so early for me, it's frustrating trying to play poker these days👎
