I know Pokerstars lost her license in Germany a couple of years ago. It was proof of Fraud.

Yes, Pokerstars now has a license in Germany. Although we have a different software version and are not allowed to participate in several promotions and not any home games anymore.

I don't know about Germany, but you can log into the PS using a VPN, but you can't play poker, you need to turn it off.
