Does anyone know what this promo is? New Year Series Milestones.

Stars sent me a $55 ticket. I have zero clue how I won it. Would be great to know how to win more.

If you play $11 powerpath tickets I know they randomly give everyone at a certain randomly selected table tickets at various intervals. Could be you got it through that
