Hey guys,

I'm living in Krakow atm and Pokerstars decided to stop offering the site in Poland  The laws here are super strict about gambling.

I've played a little on GGPoker and the tourneys offer decent guarantees but any others you can recommend?

WPT Global is also available in Poland, but gaming experience and possibilties are much worse than at GG (at least in my opinion)
I do not think 888 is avaliable

For Polish players, the choice isn't very large at the moment. Besides GG, there are practically only WPT Global, the WPN network (ACR, PokerKing, Black Chip Poker, True Poker, Ya Poker), and Coin Poker. You can also try BetOnline or JackPoker, but traffic there is relatively low.

Yeah, that's downside to these games, not many players so lower tourney numbers, guarantees, etc. Maybe the games will be softer though? I tried CoinPoker once and that was not bad

Yeah, I'll maybe check out WPT Global. The good thing about GG is the amount of live satellites. Thanks for rec

yeah, I prefer live but the local scene isn't that great here, unfortunately. Compared to the UK poker scene anyway

It is a real shame about Pokerstars leaving the market. GGPoker is definitely the main alternative for most people in Poland right now because of their massive player pool. If you are looking for something different, maybe check out CoinPoker. Since it is crypto-based, it is often more accessible in regions with strict regulations, and the fields are usually quite soft compared to the major sites. Hope you find a new home for your grind 🍀
