PokerStars Ontario cannot locate me because I'm using a brand new MacBook. Interesting that no one at PokerStars nor iGaming Ontario were able to provide any help. It was CardsChat that had the answer.

I’ve searched the net (including Cardschat) and haven’t found a fix anywhere. I think Clara is simply referring to the fact that the problem has been reported on at Cardschat, not fixed.
