my account was frozen 10 day`s ago , i try to receive an answer but no chance via email .

Looks to me like this isn’t the first time you have had your account frozen, what are you doing that would make them suspicious of your activity?

man go on support and go on contact us , next select english and next select sport - choose a sub-category and enjoy live chat , is more easy to speek with some people on stars

nothing , they re-open also whitout to say nothing . just " we are sorry , evrything it`s ok now you can play " . now for example i have to do just 25 point to receve 250$ but how i can do ? every time when i want to finish one promotion i meet that type of problem .

don't worry if they have frozen your account means that something was seen in your account, they don't freeze accounts just wait for an email response, they will respond to a lot of requests, so the answer will be longer than usual, but they will definitely answer you with no numbers to contact Pokerstars

Mine was frozen too about a week ago.
If you find a fix for this problem please let me know.
I know of one other person having the same issue.

I was told but not confirmed that if you have multiple accounts they are cracking down.
Also they may have figured out a way to detect if you are using a VPN.
Other potential issues are Router, Firewall and Anti Virus Programs interferring.

If anyone has a fix for this PS's problem.
Please let us know.

They do not have a phone number - no matter how urgent your situation is- you have to use their online support portal. That is the ONLY option and It's lots of fun!! LOL
