Anyone else getting peed off with Pokerstars website keep crashing on their "ticket based" cash games?
Their SitnGo games don't work, you rightly so earn a ticket, register, it takes your ticket and then the whole website crashes.
This has happened 3 times now.
Sent the log files to PS, but do nothing to fix the problem.
Is this a windup or a scam going on?

He's saying he wins tickets to SitGo tournaments, but the site crashes and the ticket isn't registered for another game or anything like that.

Then you're misunderstanding me.
You pay to play a game. Instead of cash if you win, you get a ticket to play another game. Been like this for a while. Most people already know this.
Except when you register to use that ticket, the website crashes.

There's no "he" involved. Correct word is "They"
No, ticket isn't registered anywhere else because the whole website is frozen or crashed. You have to restart your computer, just to close Pokerstars.

Are u talking about power path satellites?

In ur op u clearly say something about "ticket based" cash games. As i said im not aware of that any "ticket based" cash games. This format simply does not exist.

Need to be more specific and not confuse the formats but im pretty sure u are talking power path.
So if we are talking about power path, i played today on stars and released my ticket. Had zero issues playing 7x 50 cent power path spins ad 2x the 1 Dollar power path satellites.

I recommend u to make a clean install.

Sometimes when you (me/I) win a chest, I click on it and it doesn't open. What works for me is to try opening it a different way (I think there's 3 different options/methods for opening those chests). Sometimes they open immediately, other times it can take almost 10x.
They've never not given me a ticket.

highly doubt this is what he means. i think his issue has to do with the registration when he wants to use a ticket. but yes those chests do not always open but its always a ticket in it. sometimes i dont get the chest but if that happens i get it later or after contacting support.

It's never happened to me. Although the only tickets I play are those that I own path. But I've always been able to play without problems.

If you don't know the gender of the OP, you should be using they. First important bit of grammar, so you don't offend anyone.

Maybe I'm not explaining what's happening clear enough.

You play a SitnGo game. You pay for this game. The fact you have paid for it, you automatically get a chest reward. That reward enables you to a "free ticket" game to a SpinNGo game. You click on the corresponding game and you register. The screen buffers a bit and then it should automatically open to show you and 2 other players ready to play an X amount.
On my screen, the table DOESN'T automatically open so you can play. The whole website just freezes, crashes etc...whatever you want to call it.
The only way to get this off, (in my case) is by restarting the whole computer and then sending log files to PS.
This has happened at least 3/4 times DESPITE sending the files to PS and contacting them about it.
This never used to happen.
If this doesn't happen to you, then I'd appreciate comments from those who are technical with some purpose feedback or ideas of how to resolve or avoid.

Its power path we are talking about and the issue has to do with your hardware/software. I registered yesterday for multiple of them
and didnt face the same problems. Im not super technical but u could try this:

- make a clean install. Deinstall the software and any related files, restart ur pc and install again.

- Try on mobile to see if it has something to do with ur wlan connection. If yes u coukd reset ur modem.

- what system are u on? If its not w11 upgrade to w11. And if its a rather old PC upgrade ur system completely by buying a new computer.
