PokerStars table limit settings

I have set a table limit on pokerstars because I want to use it to enforce bankroll management, but after I set it to 0.01/0.02 for NL/PL I was prevented from playing 0.01/0.02 No Limit Hold'em or PLO. Afterwards I have set it to 0.02/0.05 and it will take 24 hours to process any increase.

I have been mailing the customer support about the inability to play 0.01/0.02 but they don't seem to understand my problem, thinking that I want to play 0.02/0.05. I have even replied my App setting screenshot showing 0.01/0.02 and they still don't get that I want to play 0.01/0.02.

The problem doesn't appear on tournaments, I have set my sit and go limit to $1 and I can play $1 sit and gos.

Does anyone else here have the same problem with the table limits?

Update: a further reply of the customer service has told me that I have set my limit to 0.01, not 0.02 (which is the reason why I can't play 0.02 game). But the screenshots shows that it is 0.01/0.02 and the lowest stake on the platform is 0.02, not 0.01!

Its obviously rather silly, if you can accidentally "limit" yourself to stakes, that do not even excist. But at least the problem will be solved in 24 hours

Maybe this happens because
Responsible gaming limits: PokerStars requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before any increase in limits (whether deposit, loss, or, in your case, table limits) takes effect. This prevents impulsive decisions, such as trying to chase losses by immediately moving up in stakes.
Limit conflict: The system likely interprets setting a maximum limit of $0.01/$0.02 as meaning you cannot participate at that same level, or the software does not allow a limit exactly equal to the game’s blinds.
