Has anyone there been able to solve problems with authenticating documents, making frozen withdrawals, changing address with 888? Because I'm already losing hope. All the documents I send from bills, electricity bills, credit card statements come back, I'm already running out of accounts. And how can I send a bill as a new address if my account has an old address? Could someone blessed with proactive support help me? Instead of saying we understand your frustration. And they don't provide a real solution.

Yeah they make it tough purposely! Lot of people complain. I haven't been able to change my address or deposit currency on account and I am unable to make deposit. My withdrawals thank god are instant!

I had issues with 888 on that same topic as well, but even after insisting over and over, they never verified all the documents they were asking for. So I just stopped playing on their platform.

Sounds more like a "you" problem honestly. Learn how to get customer support email and then how to write a formal email with the request of changing currency. If ur withdrawals are still instant there is no address change needed atm. If they request it, send a utility bill and they will update it manually. Its really no rocket science.

Unable to deposit? That has to be a fairytale as this option is 100 % available to everyone there, even to unverified accounts.

888 use to be so good for customer service (around the time you couldn’t turn your tv without seeing a commercial). I got all my stuff verified back then so it was easy. It’s actually my favourite platform to play and you can’t beat the bonuses.

I can deposit but only in EUR currency. They take insane level markup. I have not deposited in years and even in my early days on 888Poker back in 2015 I only deposited bare minimum $10 to get started and even then I only did it out of necessity - the markup is enormous. I refuse to PAY any currency exchange markups like it should be.

I think it's business decision to do this, same way GGPoker charges insane levels for both deposits and withdrawals. Lot of people just don't care and deposit anyways as on their mind's eye getting access to poker table is like a fricking Happy Meal.

---

For Withdrawals I can withdraw in USD to Skrill and then switch the USD to € in rakeless currency exchange places like Unibet or PokerStars

---

Support answers my emails but when they redirect me to the operations@888Poker email they ghost me. I don't think it matters too much since I have not changed countries or anything but I still see it as minor red flag as I am fearful if I win like jackpot of some sort (unlikely but anyways) they will then reject withdrawal based on having old address on the account.

I mostly stay in the small pools of 888Poker and avoid big tourneys.

I had the same problem with currency but 1 email to support solved this as far as i can remember. Yes ok i get it, would also not deposit in Euros.

Adress change shoud be no issue as long as u have the new document ready.

Did only support fix this for you or did they redirect you to email to operations@888Poker email?

I have always asked both address and currency change at the same time. I should probably ask individually so they wont get overwhelmed with the amount of information :p

It was some time ago already and yes i think it was support or the rep here.

Yes i would definitely ask individually, keeping it simple with any support on the www is the way to go my experience.
