problem logging in to pokerstars

today, the phone App was updated, to update it, I had to turn on the vpn, the server was selected usa, after the update, I received an email with some code, I entered it into the pokerstars app, and now I can only log in with the vpn enabled and the USA server is required, when I try to log in without a vpn or with the vpn enabled, but with any other server, I am told that I already login-in through another computer... the problem is that through the usa server, I can not go not to the cache tables, not to the tournaments, writes that for this country, there are no games...I myself am from Russia, maybe someone has faced a similar problem?

I logged into an account on the PokerStars website and wrote to the support team, but only in chat mode you need to write to them so the problem will be solved faster.

I understand you are from Russia? If you have an account on the VKontakte social network, then go to the "PokerStars.NET. Official Community" group. There, in the discussion threads, links to normal client files for offline installation are laid out. Reinstall the app and you should be fine.

After logging into the client, check the settings of your account, namely, which country you indicated, which mobile phone number is linked to your account.
In any case, write about the results and solutions to the problem.

It's good that everything ended positively. Now it is clear that it is not recommended to use VPN.
