Problem with pokerstars login

I log in normally to the website and on my cell phone, but when I go to the computer after the last software update, pokerstars says that my password is wrong. Anyone else having this problem?

It never happened to me. Did you already try to restore it?

I already uninstalled and installed again and it gave the same error. As I'm playing very little, I'll wait for a new update.

I think maybe you really forgot your password, try recovering your password, or you haven't played on this site for a long time and the data is out of date, try to contact them directly and write to them about this error and take photos about the error then the problem will be solved faster

I had a log in problem in the past , I couldn't log in on my pc because it said i was already logged on ob my mobile , although mobile App was not on . I contacted their support , they solved the problem .
