Problems opening chests on Poker Stars.

I'm having a lot of trouble with the Poker Stars chests. Does anyone else have them ?? When I try to open my chests, the screen opens and the star remains loading, but they never open, until a time comes when they expire, this is not good at all and it has been happening to me for at least 2 weeks, with the updates I see more problems than solutions.

I just open them immediately when opening the client. If I wait I will not be able to open chests.

I have a tactic. It is about you have to go to the "My Stars" and after that you have to click to "Chests". Most of the time this way works.

I have also had problems. The last time I had to use a different internet source and then it worked. I gave up on my normal wifi after 15 min of trying and turned on the hotspot on my phone and then it worked on a laptop (I still could not open the chest on my desktop).

I have the same problem, I try many times, and then it is solved.

I had the same problem last weekend and didn't open 2/3 chests, but anyway in this chests i always have one 0.02$ spin each so i didn't lose much

For several months now pokerstars has a challenge that if you complete 10 spin and gos with at least one dollar buy in that you get a chest that contains a ticket to a Monday freeroll. It has been taking me about the same amount of time to play the 10 spin and gos as it has to figure out how to get the chest open to get my ticket!

At least they keep you entertained then. Just imagine how boring it would be, if the ticket was simply credited to your account upon completion of the challenge

Last year I also had this problem, I turned to those support and they gave me $10 as compensation.Now everything seems to be opening normally, although there is no sense from these chests

Everybody has the same problem. There are 3 ways to solve that. First one try to open through My stars if it does not help you can open it through the Poker Stars site. If it is negative just open the chat in your PS Apps and ask the operator to open it manually for you. They will open for you without any problem. I think the problem with chest opening relates to their Aurora engine.

Live chat does not seem to be an option anymore, at least for me in Canada. I have been able to always open them after up to 2 hours of trying.

I also still have this problem. Most of the times i ask live chat if they want to open them for me other times they suddenly open the next day.

To open them I need to reload Poker Stars. Then they open up

In my case I go directly to the pokerstar casino and from there you can open the chests without any problem

Thanks for sharing your experiences guys. It is currently working a little better, although they still have that problem. I tried all the options that you have given, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't, obviously it is something that they are doing wrong, anyway as one of you said, the benefits of those chests are crap hahaha !!!

Had this problem for a long time and posted here about it. I contacted stars support who then claimed that I had already opened the chests which I hadn't. Problem still happens. I have found lately that they will not open in the client but if I go to the website and log in then I can open from there. The slots will not open in the client either and have to do the same thing on the website.

All a bit amateur from the so called biggest site in the world.
