They told you 72hour review for game play"
If you where playing a fair game not cheating or multi accounting or trying to pull a fast one just got to relax and wait the 72 hours.should be ok.
Security are busy and check lot people to ensure integrity of the game.
Yes while inconvenient it is normal.

Its been 96 hours now, I already talked to them today. They told me now they reserve the right to take as long as they want to. It's really strange how most of you people sound like you would trust these people with your kids or something. Odd. Thats the picture I'm trying to paint for you, I believe they can and will do whatever they want with your funds regardless of anything. Seriously what are you going to do if they just take your money. Nothing. Not a dam thing. Everything they have done and our doing is very shady, I do not know the end outcome after 5 days now but go play there if you like, I could care less. I just thought I'd let other people who enjoy poker no whats going on. Something I've never experienced on any other online poker site.

It's not a matter of trusting them, it's a matter of them following their procedures, you nagging them everyday will not help you at all.

Have you read their T&C's, I think not.

Day 7

It’s been 7 days so far since they’ve refused to pay out to me. Still only response I’ve gotten is “well inform you when we’re done with our review”. Sounds to me like there just hoping I forget about the money and give up trying to get it. Go ahead play there if you like but I’ve never had this happen on any other site. Good luck.

Did you get a bonus? If so you are required to meet the roll over. If no bonus then 72 hours is about right to get withdraw. Good luck

Doesn't work like that, I used a mates crypo currency account to withdraw and he sent me paypal, they have no idea who they are sending to. I don't have any crapto currency accounts.

My mate sent me a link generated by his account and I used it to initiate the withdrawal.

Yes it is frustrating to have your money locked up in a Poker Room with no end to resolution but this is not an excuse to be rude to the nice folks at the forum here.

The most plausible reasoning is you have an account on the Chico network (Betonline or Tiger Gaming)

I deposit and withdraw instantly from this site so they would not block you for that.

Even when they are in processing document verification they do not block access.

$1000 maybe a lot of money for you and rest of us but it is a drop in the bucket for a poker site they would not try to steal your money.

Reason why they will not tell you information is simple when you think about it actually. If you are investigating someone why would you give them information that may compromise the investigation before you are complete with checks.

You have to realize just how shady what you did looks. It's no wonder they blocked you. You just have to wait for do process. The more you complain to them the worse it looks and the longer it will take.

Wait for them to verify everything and then see where you are at, however I do agree that your situation is frustrating for sure

For all you people out there, I played on Sportsbetting maybe 8-10 in my life. I have cashed out there twice before with no problem at all. They have never once asked me for verification documents as I've always used bitcoin. Secondly, I finally received an email back from a "Bruno" at customer relations. He informed me they are keeping my 1083.75 from my account for supposedly colluding in Sit n Go's. I have never once played a sit n go in my life on Sportsbetting.ag . I have only played Pot Limit Omaha .50-1 and 1-2. I tried to call them and spoke with a woman who will not even give me any information. She informed me that security made this decsision and your not able to talk to them. I have sent an email back to "Bruno" discussing my absolute frustration and disbelief, though I'm sure they could care less. As for all you people sticking up for this poker site, that is fine. Go play there, if they don't keep your funds then great, if they do and try to make up some fabricated lie, then you'll realize that obviously something is happening with their site. All I know is I deposited 1000 on 12/24/18 and with my last 250 playing 1-2 Omaha I ran it back up to 1083.75 and tried to cash out the next day. Ever since then this all started. I am now out 1000 dollars from this joke of an online poker site.

The only thing I can tell people on this forum from experience is too avoid small sites they are not legit and a joke. I once had a $50 free bonus from sportbetting.ag and too release the bonus is very complicated fine print and if you successfully wager 35x in a short period of time you still have too wait thirty days before a request of a cash out it is better just too delete the email.

Do you play at BetOnline.ag or TigerGaming?

They are other sites on the same network.

:hmmmm:

I have played Betonline before about the same amount of times. No different screen name. I’m still trying to email them back and forth , there’s literally no transparency at all. One person says one thing another says something different. Regardless it’s been over 10 days and I’m out over a thousand dollars. So ridiculous

I suppose that these are some of the SnG games you've never played at SB that they are talking about, maybe someone played these SnG's on your account without you knowing. :hmmmm:

They are all 6 man turbo SnG's

Seems like a standard procedure to me, always should take them up to few days to process the money ( especially if its bitcoin ) and even if its normal deposit so that it cant possibly qualify as "money laundering"

He qualified for colluding, he has been back here since my last post and didn't reply, seeing as this is the only thread he has posted in at CC we may not see him again. :hmmmm: Some people may see him again at the next forum he tells his story to.

They were deleted because of the language you chose to use, and the insults you were hurling. It won't be tolerated.
