I don't know what your opinion is, but mine I post here. Lately the structure of pokerstars Sunday tournaments, has deteriorated a lot for players and for pokerstars itself, this is because, the main Sunday tournaments, started on Sunday and ended on the same day, the tournaments were 1 day, today they are from 2 days, which got a lot worse, because on Monday we have to study and work. Another issue is also the fact that they are half price, the Sunday million for example was $215, today $109, it is getting less poker value than the $215.00 besides being in 2 days which is no longer attractive.

I think, the 2 day structure is way better for big tournaments like Sunday Million. It allow players to rest before the biggest decisions have to be made for several times the buyin, and its only a small percentage of the field, who makes it to day two. So the "risk" of having to come back and play day two is fairly small. Also most players are from Europe, and playing until 7 am in the morning if definitely not attractive, especially not if you are supposed to be at your job at 8 am or 9 am. I sense, you are probably from Canada or South America, but players from these time zones are a minority these days, so everything can not be tailored to suit you ;)

The solution is simple, if it doesnt fit to you, just leave it, there are plenty other options out there, you definitely can find others instead of that.
For me, not even exist the ps, definitely not the Sunday reg tourneys, there are 100+ better one for me in the weekends, and I am from europe...

Check out GG, 888, partyp (they just started a new 215$ on Sundays few weeks ago, less gtd, but still good) they have good ones, even wpn still have.

Anyway, don't understand the rooms, 1-2 have the week long sats for a Sunday weekly main event, but none have it like that: day 1A on Friday, day 1B on Saturday, day 2 on Sunday. For me that would be the most reasonable 2 days regular tourney...

Exactly. For me sunday evening is a totally stupid time to start playing a large MTT, since I have to go to work monday morning. But if other people want to play at this time for whatever reason, then I certainly cant blame poker sites for continuing to schedule their largest tournaments to begin sunday evening european time. And then I just need to stick with the smaller field tournaments, which begin at times, that suits me better. At the end of the day its a voting machine, and poker sites will always adjust to, what the majority of their customers perfer.

In my opinion, tournaments that last for 2 days, should start on Saturday afternoon, this is because, on the following Sunday, most people are off work and study, in this case they have the greatest chance to participate in the event.

I could get on board with that, but for whatever reason its a long standing tradition, that poker sites hold their main weekly events on sundays. And this is also the day, where daily tournaments tend to attract the largest fields, so apparently the majority of online players have a slight preference for playing on sunday rather than saturday. Difficult to say why but perhaps because some people actually have a 6 day working week?

I checked the lobby, and what you are saying is not exactly on point. The blinds will end somewhere 30K / 60K if we just looking for the Milli, as the starting stack was 10K. The next levels are: 70K, 80K, 100K, 120K, 160K, 200K, 250K, 300K etc.

I'm writing this because as long as you reach second day, you can see that its gonna be huge jumps in the blinds even they are 15 minutes, you have to push it more and more. In the first two hours its almost from 70K to 300K which is enormus. It means that the second day is just a gift for the deep runners to share the big moneys in some hours.

Over time, everything changes, and unfortunately not always for the better. But nevertheless, I see no reason to be upset, because you can always find for yourself such tournaments that completely suit you. I believe that the choice now is extremely large.
