Are throwable items a good strategy to annoy opponents?

This is totally puerile, the sort of thing you'd expect from 10 year olds. I turn them off but they keep coming back.

I don't think it's a good idea to use them, but it distracts players who don't have a high level, which sometimes leads to playing under anger

They are fun but annoying if players constantly throw at you every 10 seconds. It has zero effect on strategy or actual poker game imo.

I have not seen any throwable challenges for some time now. I personally have never bothered with throwing anything or paid any attention to it. It could be I have it turned off since I think I turned off a lot of animations because I have slow internet.

Personally, I love them. I do wish however there were some positive throwables too. I'd like to have a "nice hand" throwable...or "well played". etc. '' Haven't seena new throwable in years tho. I think they might have recycled the list...but if you've already got them...no new ones.

I think they're quite fun -- especially when we're playing with friends.
I also think that there is a relationship between chat+throwables resulting in table moves...so if its correct, then this can be useful in getting moved when you're stuck on an insane table.

I would love having one for "nice hand". Currently at ACR I hand a bottle of champagne to the players who beat my hands. I don't know if they take it in the spirit I intended. A "well played" is also a good idea though I probably wouldn't use it because I don't want to appear any more knowledgeable than is required.

I don't think throwables items can annoying other players. I use them as good fun to spend time when you wait for your turn and sometimes to tease other player. It's only some additional for the game.

I think that all this absurd functionality is simply unnecessary. There is no sense in this. When I want to play poker, I want to give all my attention to the game, and not to throwing tomatoes and other junk.

This definitely won’t annoy me since they are disabled for me and I simply don’t see them!!! But the question is whether the actions of throwing objects will interfere with making the right decision for a player who actively uses these objects even without knowing that the opponent does not see them

Honestly I dont like them and find them to be a distraction. Do they bother me? nope as i don't care. Do i wish they would get rid of them? yes I do.

I believe using these items is unethical and doesn't embellish players who use them. But it doesn't even adorn poker rooms that have these toys.

At the table, I don’t pay attention to throwing things, and this happens quite rarely. In my memory, there were no strong altercations between players at PokerStars.

Personally, such things don’t bother me, but I consider those players who use them (no matter for what purpose or how often) to be ill-mannered idiots. It's the same as throwing rotten tomatoes at someone else's fence.

It’s not a fact that such a strategy will work in your favor, maybe, on the contrary, your opponent will come in with a marginal hand and win against you, I don’t think you should pay attention, all poker rooms are trying to turn an intellectual game into a casino, with all this entertainment and distracting gags

I think they distract more and annoy less. They might be able to get some players off their game, but not all.

Sometimes it works, why not? When I have a small stack, it sometimes works to prevent them from stealing my blinds.

I am interested in using throwing objects when playing at the poker table, for me it relieves gaming tension, and what flies towards me, I accept this gift with a smile.
