Finding the odds of one that particular combination of outs is meaningless.

Your hand analysis leaves out too much, like suits, blinds, and stack sizes (which need to be compared to the blinds and antes).
Depending on the suits, Player #2 could have been 42.83% to win after the flop. (IE, a flush and straight draw)
And and if player #1 only had a pair with no possible flush, played #2 would be better than 27%, which isn't a huge suck out. If P#1 had just one pair (which is more likely) and P#2 had a flush draw, P#2 would have been a favorite so putting all his chips in would have been a good play.
