What makes a poker site feel comfortable to play on?

For me, things like smooth software and easy navigation make a big difference. If a site feels slow or confusing, it’s hard to enjoy playing there. I also like when the games run consistently without long waiting times. What makes a poker site feel comfortable for you?

I would really feel comfortable if I saw a site with lots of volume, havent seen that since the olden days of FullTilt and Stars.
