I am looking to play poker on a site that is not rigged. I want to play fair poker. What site should I play on? Not 888poker that is for sure.

None, believing that there are manipulated sites is just an excuse when they play you in a way you wouldn't have.

I guarantee there are posts on every poker forum known to man that every single poker site out there is "rigged",

this is a losing poker mentality, the reasons for losing are various and by and large not related to any site being "rigged",

I think if you really want to play poker the number one thing you should do is read up on the mental game of poker,

then focus on the things you can control... which is you and your game,

888 is the best in my opinion. I don't know why you don't like it, but if you think there are much better sites, that's hardly the case.
If you think that fair poker is poker where you always win, then I don't think you'll be able to find a suitable site for yourself.

Once I found a video talking about how PokerStars is truly safe, and it easily convinced me (I never thought it was rigged, anyway).

They explained how the things works on the site and how secure are their cards selection, for example.

Search for "Inside The PokerStars" on YouTube if you want to know more about this (the videos are old, like 10 years ago, now imagine how good and secure the things can be nowadays).

I think something close to this happens on the other big poker sites, because security is very important for them, as no one would put the own money into a dangerous place...

I also used to think poker sites were rigged. It was comforting to think that my defeat was due to the room's cheating, not my lack of skill. But over time, I started winning some tournaments and reasonable cashes. Even in the infamous 888Poker Blast, once, paying $1, I got $100. I came in first and won $70. How could I achieve these results if the site is rigged? Then I realized the essential:
Poker doesn't owe me anything. Poker rooms don't owe me anything. online poker really is crushing. But it's crushing for everyone. Learn to play, and the results will change. And don't think that online poker is the same as in-person poker. It's not. It's completely different. Accept this and relearn how to play, because poker is constantly evolving, and the strategy that worked yesterday could lead to your ruin today.

I haven't noticed any "rigged" on 888. But in general, I can say that I haven't noticed it on other sites such as PokerStars or GGpoker either. It all depends on what you call "rigged". For example, if your opponent has KK and you have AA, and your opponent wins, do you consider that "rigged" or are you referring to something else?

I wouldn’t say 888 is bad for tournaments — it’s actually pretty playable. But when it comes to rooms on the Stretch Network, I wouldn’t recommend playing there. Sure, there are lots of weak players, but the whole thing feels like a bit of a joke.

I think the 1st reason people complain about "rigged" sites is not even lack of skill. It is more lack of understanding of basic math.
See, if if probability of something happening is about 2% (this is the probablility of hitting the one outer on the river) - it means it happens 2 times per 100 hands. In online poker, considering how many hands we play, it means we experience it several times a week. And there is alot of people claming it is "impossible".

This made me remember about the day I got $140 from AoF jackpot on GGPoker (400 chances in 1M, which means the probability was exactly 0,0004% per try).

I personally rigged 888 so OP always flopped ace-high boards with pocket kings and monotone medium straight boards with pocket aces just for the sake of trolling

Even if poker sites are rigged for action, or rigged to get crazy runouts or whatever people love to trot out, none of which I really have any time for, they still will never be rigged against any individual microstakes players......so stop thinking a site is bad to play on, and accept you need to improve your game. None of us will ever be as good as we could be as there is always more to learn!!!

Hopefully all of them are not rigged? Its kind of a stupid question, since it imply, that some of them are rigged. A bit like asking a guy "did you stop beating your wife and kids" leaving out the options, that maybe he never did this at all.

I don’t believe any sites are rigged but if you are convinced then surely pokerstars is your best bet. They have been around for years and have a zero tolerance policy towards cheating. I don’t like 888, I don’t ever play there but I’m still pretty sure you are safe to play there.
