Your opinion on PokerStars Power Path

Is this a valuable game to play? I'm going to be doing the daily free game but I was wondering if it's a game that has good odds for making money. If it is good to play, what step would you guys suggest? Thank you for replies.

I don't think it's very good, if you want to win at poker it's better to specialize in tournaments, as in the long run they are more profitable.

I only play it with the $0.50 ticket reward.
But I guess that the best option is the $1.50 one, cause there's 100 tickets added tournaments.

The added ticket games are usually a great value
I enjoy these games, from the countless 50cent tickets I’ve been given, won many 1-1.5$ games
Turned some of those into the $11 tickets,
And just recently won the $109 ticket
Played it today and moved up to a $215 game, not bad for free .50 ticket…
I will say I bought into a few 1.50 games with the 100 added tickets,
There’s great value on some of these games

do they still give away free 0.50$ spin ticket (daily if you play a raked game ) or have they stopped this ??

I play because I get a free ticket, but it seems a waste of time, 0.5c ticket to 1.50 ticket to $11 ticket etc, I would just rather have some cash than an endless series of satellites where you are very unlikely to win anything. Not sure how many levels you actually need to go through to get to a proper non satellite tournament, does anyone know?!

It's not an endless series of satellites though. The $11 you can play for a $109 and then can enter a tournament with the $109. (I got my entry to WCOOP Main EVent with one)

It's all free. I typically play cash games but when I have a few tickets saved up, I'll try to play them at the same time as some MTT's. So far it has taken me very little time. (still have 2x $11 to use up)

Ok not quite endless but you still need to be in the money in 4 consecutive tournaments to win anything.

I might be more positive on it if I had ever got past the $11 ones!

you win the $0.50 spin, you win the shootout & you have $11. Play a seat added satellite with just loads of players who really have no clue how to play satellites. It's about the easiest $109 I've ever heard of.

Play without expectation... there'll be a TON of suckouts. BUT it's free and takes next to no time at all (and literally no time if you're already playing a bunch of tables).
PS just won another of those SPINS while writing this response, lol

I already won multiple times real dollars with this Promotion. If u bust 1st at the final 4 of the 1 dollar satellites u get cash and i also converted a 11 dolllar ticket into a 22 dollar wcoop ticket. With this ticket i cashed 17.50 in knockouts and had a nice wcoop experience. I still have 5 11 dollar tickets more in my account, all won from these 50 cent power path chests

I actually really like this promotion and the idea behind it.

Actually, I played and won an 11$ ticket in one of these 0.50$ buyin S&G. But, so far, this has happened only once to me.

The feeling is that they choose who will win this type of game, I have already lost several tickets and classifications, dominating and doing the right thing! I don't know, it really seems suspicious. Not only on star but also on other platforms...

I play at least one 1dollar spin and go every morning to get the one dollar free sports bet and the 50 cent power path ticket. I now realize I have been doing things in slightly the wrong order. If I win the first spin and go the right move is to then open the chest to get the power path ticket and then play that and if you then get lucky to win a ticket worth 1.50 you can get your freebet if you lose there without having to play a second one dollar spin and go.

these are cool tournaments just play any tournament with a buyne and then you'll get a 0.50 ticket after you can win a $1 or $1.5 ticket and then play for $11 and $109, so you can choose silver and bronze entries, well, I think making normal money for such a small amount is cool

it's good to want to play power path
I suggest you start with step 3 you can easily win a ticket at $11 you have more chance of winning a place than starting from the 1st step

Its great, especially of you want to play some amazing live tourneys. The $11 tickets are fairly straight forward to get, and then once you have these, the $109 ones are very within reach. As @Poker Orifice mentioned, these can be used for great main event games, which I did in the WCOOP or Sunday million entries.

I think they are the easiest current way to qualify cheaply to a Sunday million for example!!
