Any software that shows c-bet and fold percentage?

I have never used a tracker software before I wanted to know is there any specific software that shows two variable i mentioned in title (c-bet percentage and fold percentage after flop)?
and also it is would be nice if you can tell me what is proper number for those two?

Well, PokerTracker has a plethora of stats, and I assume others have too.

What is the proper number for those? It depends on the situation, like everything in poker.

All poker database will have those stats. I suggest DriveHUD but you can also check the stickys for other database.

For proper number, it depends on the stakes you play. usually the lower the stakes the higher the percentage of those 2 stats mentioned.
