Did some googling, and this is what I found.
Someone explained on another forum that sharkscope holds so called giveaway raffles for those who do not reset their stats. The price is not cash. It is a 12 month subscription for Sharkscope's Gold membership: 12 x 26 dollars which makes 312 dollars.
