The one who seems to be the best right now is not on the list. And he is Xavi Alonso.

Jose Mourinho, like Ferguson, won the Champions League twice, but did it with two different clubs. First he led Porto to success, and then Inter. In addition, under the leadership of Jose, Porto won the UEFA Cup, Manchester United won the Europa League, and Roma won the Conference League. Jose also won all the domestic trophies in Portugal, England, Spain and Italy. ESPN named him one of the greatest coaches of all time.

In my opinion, Guardiola is one of the best or the best of all time.

Below him I would mention two excellent ones: Carlo Ancelotti and Jurgen Klopp.

Almost all of the coaches on the list have expensive players in their teams, and being a good coach in a rich club is not a problem, the main thing is to get there. The only super coach is Pep Guardiola, who is beyond competition. I would also like to add Claudio Ranieri, who led Leicester to the Premier League championship with little-known players and a modest budget.

The Best on the list is Carlo Ancelotti he's won the most by far and at diffrent clubs and era's.

I would consider Pep alot higher if his legacy at Man City didn't have so many FFP ??? and 115 charges hanging over them.

Lastly and most importantly not having Sir Alex Ferguson on that list and Brian Clough is a disgrace lol

The main criteria in this poll for me is the success of the club in the national championship and European cups. Therefore, I voted for Pep Guardiola. But I also consider Carlo Ancelotti a highly qualified coach who has achieved serious success with Real Madrid.

Undisputed - its Pep, hes managed and won across several top teams and is probably the only coach who bases his style on improving and challenging players with a high level of expectation countered by great tactical knowledge, he instills a pattern in players brains where they need to be on the pitch, what their job is and also pushes them to be better.

Ancelotti's illustrious career includes league triumphs in Italy, England, France, Germany, and Spain, with Milan, Chelsea, Paris Saint-Germain, Bayern Munich, and Real Madrid respectively, making him the only manager to have won all of Europe's top five leagues. He has also claimed domestic cups with Milan, Chelsea, and Real Madrid.

Pep Guardiola - is IMO way above all the other managers... he created a new style of play and had great success with it in many top league, a style many other managers try to implement to their teams...
