I don't go to the gym nor do I have a strict diet, but nevertheless I stay in shape by doing calisthenics which are very beneficial exercises for the body and health, since it is with your body weight, maybe you can start with that by mastering your body weight to Later, enter a gym with the basics resolved. I am not in favor of creatine or different mixtures to generate muscles. I suggest that if you are going to follow a diet, make it organic and not contain processed foods. I've followed the slow carb diet (Tim Ferris) for 2 years now and love it.

I weight train at home 4 days a week currently, but train 6 days for some of the year. I'm on minimal cardio (walking) at the moment but plan to ramp that up too, doing coach to 5k for the 3rd time, then go into regular zone 2 training for a few months (recommend zone 2 to everyone, has an amazing positive effect on your body)

I'm doing everything to have this hot body as long as I can lol, have specific eating habits - works out 4x a week... ;)

I've had stomach problems for many years, so I've been on a diet for more than 10 years now. As for sports, unfortunately, I don't do it because I'm too lazy.

Looking at the comments, I am convinced that I need to exercise and eat better. I'm going to start going to the gym on Monday.

While playing poker have 'Eye of the Tiger' playing, and while in between poker hands, have rucksack of rocks to work your legs; the push ups of your preference; and a cheap pull up bar on a door frame. That's all you need! Just 5 minutes a day!

I do a lot of weight training with some running and crossfit. Then I eat what I like, just not sugar.

I try to follow a diet, right now I'm gaining mass, or at least I should hahaha, and yes, I go to the gym 4 times a week (I only train higher education, I don't like leg training)

I've never been on a diet, and I hardly ever exercise. Only in my childhood did I play soccerfor a few years. I smoke, and I don't eat very healthy, but I have never been overweight or had any serious health problems.
