The Premier League is the strongest league, which takes a lot of energy from the leading clubs in England. Therefore, it often affects on their performances in the Champions League, where they simply lack off energy at last stages.

There is a reason why the English Premier League attracts so much talent from abroad - its called money, packed stadia, fans, passion and whilst you get this at certain grounds and matches across the world, the EPL gives this every week at nearly every game.
For me - its:
1. Premier League
2. La Liga
3. Serie A
Outside of this, not much, the bundesliga lacks enough quality teams and i cannot think of another countries league that has quality in depth.

Not many players outside those leagues stand out and certainly never make the grade at premier league level. So much money wasted on average

Spanish Championship.La Liga,The Real Madrid vs Barcelona match was fantastic! Enjoyed the game.After such matches, I am once again convinced that the football players have a fantastic level. Barcelona and Real took us back to the old days, when they played each other 5:2 or 6:3. Messiah was still around then. Fantastic! If we had played 1:1, many would have said it was boring. But football is not a science. It is played by people who are capable of making mistakes. But people enjoyed the match.

When I was a kid I loved watching Italian Serie A (when Andriy Shevchenko played for Milan). But since 2007 I only watch the English Premier League. For me it is much more interesting even than the Champions League. And sometimes I watch matches of the Ukrainian Premier League, but it's about 7-8 games for the whole season and most of the games involving Dynamo Kiev.
