Of course, if that is the case you dont need 55 to open and try to steal you could do it with any two cards. Add in too if there is a very small stack at the table that is in BB and you want to go after their bounty with 55. Otherwise, even though some may say its tight, at 20 BBs UTG I am pitching small pairs.

I agree with those saying, that even opening this hand is fairly marginal, and if you had just open folded, that would not be a mistake. And facing the 3-bet the decision is so close, that folding would still not be a big mistake. But I do slightly prefer jamming because of his bounty, and also the fact, that dubbling up will allow you to contend for future bounties, whereas folding will not.
