I was well ahead with my two pairs, and when the turn went wet, I made a pot-sized bet to try to stop the villain from outdrawing me. He continued, then he got a useful card at the river. When should I have stopped playing my two pairs? Should I have called instead of raising the turn?

Next time please try to use the hand converter, as your hand history is very difficult to read and lacks information like the size of the pot.

Preflop
Seems like you were in HJ, and then T9o is a fold. If you had T9s, you can play the hand, and then you should come in for a raise not a limp. As played you of course need to call the extra 30 chips and see a flop.

Flop
Pot much be around 200, and SB now makes a C-bet for 30 (min-bet), which is very fishy. You should obviously raise this, and your sizing is good.

Turn
Now SB leads again, even though he got raised on the flop, which is a donk bet. You are again correct to raise, but you should have jammed rather than left yourself with a tiny amount of chips behind for the river. There is not a single hand, that will call another 900, that will not also call a jam for 1.095.

River
Now the board pair, which mean, you lose to a 5 or a Q. But at this point the hand is just silly, because you should have been all-in on the turn, so this should never have happened.

Results
Just a standard bad beat. Your mistakes were to limp preflop with a hand, you should have folded, and to not get the last 195 chips in on the turn.

I agree with fundiver the issue with this hand is your foundation- we fold hands like this preflop to avoid spots like this. We want to be thinking about being dominated after we make a hand. Our V are going to have better Tx and better 9x and over pairs in their ranges as well as- as we saw here -QJ KJ that hit this board well.
Better hands to play in a limp strategy are 65 76 54 as your V have fewer combos that dominate and seldom flop strong draws.
