You bet to large on all streets. We dont want to create a situation in poker, where we bet for value, but only get action, when we are beat. Preflop something like 2,5BB is standard. Flop maybe 30-40% pot not full pot. As played turn is a check and then make a decision on the river. Even AJ will fold to this sizing, unless the opponent is really bad, so you are just value owning yourself. Everyone lose some chips here, but you dont need to give the opponent a full dubble up, at least not when he make a preflop mistake by not 3-betting.

I think this is starting to look like a trend of you getting it in with a hand that's not going to beat much of the hands that will give you action on this type of board.
