Hello Bassaliga,
I would like to ask you why you're played with call on pre-flop really I didn't like your decision on prefol. I think would be better if you'll make 3BB , and then I think the player with 89 would fold his hand.
The flop is comming 925 , and you're just call his small bet ? why you're not re-raise , because there is a flush draw , and to many players are on the bank.
Then turn is comming 9 and you're just call his bet LOL? :D the guy raise and you're calling , and the river is 8 , and he have better hand than you , because you didn't played well your hand.
If i was on your situation preflop i'll make 3BB , because to trying to knockout some of them to didn't join on the bank , then the flop i'll make big raise.
I think you played very bad your hand bro.
Thanks!

you need to take a much more aggressive line in a late position like that. You should have been betting and the large stack would have been out of that hand early. raise pre, bet flop almost pot size to try and chase away the flush draws. and et turn again if you still have callers. You allowed to many players in this hand and paid dearly for it.

In The Theory of Poker, David Sklansky outlines the ideal conditions for slowplaying:
“1. You must have a very strong hand.
2. The free card or cheap card you are allowing other players to get must have good possibilities of making them a second best hand.
3. That same free card must have little chance of making someone a better hand than yours or even giving that person a draw to a better hand than yours on the next round with sufficient odds to justify a call.
4. You must be sure you will drive other players out by showing aggression, but you have a good chance of winning a big pot if you don’t.
5. The pot must not yet be very large.”

You fail at least 3 of these 5.

I don't mind the preflop limp but after that you just got greedy

Fine right up until the turn call. Don't listen to them telling you to bet pre. PP of 5's we want to get in cheap just to set mine and you did. After the turn we got lucky and unlucky because of the flush possibilities. It is because of the flush draw that we want to get it in and give anyone with a diamond wrong odds to call. It's just bad luck that the river was an 8 completing a higher fullhouse. Anybody that tells you they folded a fullhouse because they had reads the villain had a higher fullhouse is in the minority. rarely is anybody even a pro folding a fullhouse.

edit, I am on crack we hope someone has a flush draw so yeah, your play is fine all the way thru. Aint nobody folding a fullhouse.

Yes, probably, but I wanted to collect a big pot and did not think that someone so good luck on the river opponent.
Thank you so much. I will accept your opinion.

Hmm... i think you played fine, but why just call on flop you got set, not so strong, but you must do velue bet stronger to protect yourself from these flushdraws..., i'm understood you tryed lure them - fine also, but 2nd call on turn was terrible.
