I do drink a lot of water. I always have a bottle at my side. The secret to don't need to go to the bathroom a lot, is to take small sips. But the eating part, I think that I don't do it in the middle of a game, maybe I wait till my brake between sessions. We need to eat something every 3.5-4 hours.
