Do you eat and drink a lot during a poker tournament?

I really enjoy eating and drinking during poker games. mainly eating crackers, pizza, hamburgers. because they relieve the stress and anxiety of the game.

My girlfriend always cooks for me if I want to eat during the game. But if I'm alone at home, before the game, I carefully prepare sandwiches for myself

If I'm hungry I start to rush and make mistakes.

in my case I don't eat because of stress, but sometimes it happens that I'm in very long tournaments and if I'm playing and I'm hungry obviously I'm going to eat a 5-minute break is not enough to eat, in terms of drinks it would be normal: water or some juice and of course from time to time there are cravings for some candy or something, but nothing out of the ordinary

I actually never eat during tournaments, during the break time I only take a bite or two of something sometimes. But while in play I do not eat. Its not a conscious effort, its just happens to be like that with me I have noticed.

I think most players like to eat while playing poker. I'm one of the majority, and I often eat while playing. I mainly eat nuts, seeds, sweets, tea and sandwiches. I also love fruits and generally everything tasty.

I don't eat to relieve stress, I eat when I'm hungry

I don't feel stressed when I play poker, I'm always calm, I try to be patient and disciplined. I follow bankroll management and therefore I never get nervous.
