You didn't gave us more information about the hand, like :
What was your position ?
Villain position ?
Who was the aggressor preflop ?
Tournament stage (early, middle, buble, late) ?
Your stack vs villain stack ?
Your image vs villain image ?
Tournament structure (slow, turbo...)
You have to consider all these factors especially in mtts, in a cash game i think every time when you have the opportunity to push all-in preflop no matter villain range it's +EV.
In mtts, satelite tournament , near the bubble it's a clear fold unless you have a read on your oppenent. In the early stages when stacks are deep I think you can just play the flop (KK is around 67% favorite against Axs) so why risking your tournament.

if you reset the KK, then what to play at all only AA?I like this hand more than AA because with KK you can catch AQ or AJ hands

If the situation demands it, then I must fold even KK. For example, if an ace apears at the table, you must be ready to fold your KK, especially when someone starts to raise just after that ace, he probably holds another ace!

Pre-flop: Never.
After that, it all depends on the other cards and how the opponents behave.

KK only should be layed down preflop when on ticket bubble and you have a superb chance of folding to win a ticket , but your odds of winning a ticket go down drastically if you call and lose.

The only other time preflop is maybe you have an extreme read on a super nit who only 3bet jams AA, KK.

Post flop can easily lay it down vs certain players who only play certain lines with a set or better. Many players only do checkraise jams on Ahigh dry boards with sets or better or top pair good kicker; many players only do check-call flop; check raise jam turn with the nuts. Many players only donk jam turns or rivers with the nuts.

no, i have never folded kings preflop unless its a satellite because of icm... if 2 tight player shove preflop and we are all deep stacked ( more than 100 bb) i might consider folding kings however in most other scenarios its an instant shove.

In a tournament its hard I've done it before but only as I wanted the pay jumps and not when I was short stacked. I once laid them down when I was 5th place and deep the next pay jumps would have been into 18th place so I folded as the guy had me covered. No clue what he had. Another time recently I was play 1-2 no limit local casino it was late like an hour before they closed I was up about 700 and faced an all in for 130 and another all in for 380, decided to fold the 130 stack had queens and flopped the set other guy never showed probably pick up the 250 extra but at this point I wasn't going to call and risk losing 400 at the end of the night

I have folded KK to a 4-bet pre. There was an EP raise and I 3-bet. Villain quickly 4-bet fairly large. Given the circumstances of the tournament, I figured I couldn't take the chance I was up against AA to either call the large raise or 5-bet all in.

It depends on the situation, if it is before entering the bubble and you have few chips I fold, if in this case you have very few chips if you bet everything or play very aggressive, if it is long before the bubble always play aggressive and be careful with the A's and strong projects.

Typical KK in certain stages and chip depths with specific players.
Folded KK twice in this session alone today, not sure why some think it's so difficult to fold KK.

What if you have 4 call all in prior to the flop and you have KK.

Running KK into AA preflop is usually just a cooler, and coolers are nothing to worry about. We will have AA, when someone else have KK, just as often, as we have KK, when someone else have AA. So it evens out over time and only affact short term results. That being said there are a few situations, where we can consider folding KK preflop, like the bubble of a satellite, if we have enough chips already to secure a ticket. In that case even AA can sometimes be folded preflop.

Another situation is, if we are deep (100BB or more) early in an MTT or in a cash game, and there is crazy action in early position. Lets say its a full 9 player table, we open KK UTG, UTG+1 puts in a 3-bet, and UTG+2 puts in a big 4-bet risking nearly 30% of his stack. Such action is showing extreme strength. UTG+2 is likely not screwing around here, and if his range is only AA or KK, then we are not getting good enough odds to call with any hand other than AA.

But such situations are rare, and if we never fold KK preflop in a cash game or normal MTT situations, we are not making a big mistake. There is much more potential for making mistakes by incorrectly folding KK, when its the best hand, because we always fear for the monster under the bed.

SAME:D If you can read your opponent well and classify him correctly, it is not uncommon for someone to hold aces in his hand while you have the KK.

Therefore, I really like poker, as a multifaceted, versatile and sometimes unexpected, unpredictable game. In such situations, K on the flop helps a lot.)))

Im not folding KK preflop forever. But if I felt him having aces. I might call and make a hard decision on preflop

I don't give up preflop. But after the flop, if an ace comes, I run because there will be someone at the table with an ace in their hand.
